Importance and tips of caring every individual in the classroom

Importance and tips of caring every individual in the classroom
Great teachers care more about their students. They care about their students hapiness, well being and life beyond the classroom.
Investing yourself in your students creats a positive atmosphere in the classroom that enhances your relationship with the students and makes them feel important. Students too feel better about themselves if they feel that a teacher has taken a genuine interest in them. Especially with younger students , a caring teacher is comforting and helps make the transition easier.
Each one of us has a vital role in the students future. We may think how to care about every individual in the classroom. Now tell me friends what you remembered most about your favourite teacher?? I'd expect you to describe how she / he made you feel as you learned that subject matter - the sense of excitement or discovery you felt or the safety to take chances and make mistakes or the confidence that you were valued as a human being , warts and all.....
According to the recent research few factors in education have a greater impact on students educational experience than a caring relationship with his/ her teacher. Science has found that students who have caring relationships with their teachers are academically more successful and show greater "pro social " or kind or helpful behaviour.
A caring teacher can transform the school experience especially for the students who face enormous difficulties. Here I would like to share few points how can we make the students to realise that we are taking more about them..
Get to know your students and the lives they live.
Actively listen your students.
Ask your students feed back about you and your class.
Reflect on your own experience with care.
To build community in your classroom give your students chances to help each other.
From the first day of school to last day use a positive and warm tone of voice.
Make the students personally responsible in some way.
Dont reward helping behaviour.
Expose them to need.
Encourage them to share ideas and opinions.
Stress the things that you and your students have in common like goals, dreams and beliefs.
Take the time to tell your students what you like about them.
Use this sentence to convey your concern " what can I do yo help you?"
Make it very clear to your students that you want to help them to achieve their own dreams.
Hope this will help everyone to make their  students to feel that they are special to them.

Schools need to promote the education which is meaningful and has to be fit into the framework of the society. Today’s children will grow up and become future adults of our society. Hence if today’s children are not made aware of their social responsibility towards the community then the social issues or problem will grow more and more. There is an urgent need to foster strong mental and social health amongst today’s children so that they can connect with their peers, their elders, the community, the environment, etc. School education must empower children to be active citizens, caring, responsible and compassionate human beings. As the children spend most of the time in school, hence schools must promote the activities to sensitize children towards social responsibility to bring positive change in the soci...

TYPE OF PERSONS  தமிழில்  Type 1 Those who KNOW and KNOW that they KNOW; they are the learned, so follow them.  Exegesis:  The phrase "Those who KNOW and KNOW that they KNOW; they are the learned, so follow them" can be exemplified in various contexts. Let's consider an example from the field of science.  Imagine a renowned physicist who not only has a deep understanding of the fundamental principles of physics but also possesses a keen awareness of the limitations and uncertainties within the field. This physicist not only knows about various theories and their applications but also comprehends the nuances and complexities involved. They are constantly seeking to expand their knowledge and are open to new discoveries and perspectives.  In this example, the physicist represents someone who "KNOWs" (possesses knowledge) and is aware that they "KNOW" (conscious of their knowledge).  Their self-awareness and humility about the knowledge they hold make the...

Blog write up by Mrs Suman Purohit Das mlearning: An Innovative Pedagogical Tool With the advancement of educational technology, our teaching-learning process has faced the utmost changing trends. The classroom technology trends are changing so swiftly and speedily that the teachers and educators have to keep themselves equipped to meet the expectations of a diverse classroom for optimum learning. 21st century Gen Z is born with technology in hand, that’s why these children are known as “Digital Natives”. If we do not bring innovative technology to the classrooms then our classrooms will be dull, boring and it will be difficult to engage and excite children for learning in future. Teachers have to embed technology into their innovative instructional planning. Around 5 years back on the name of educational technology, most of the schools had started changing their chalk & black boards into digital/interactive boards so called “Smart Boards”.
