To reduce the students’ dependence on coaching classes
To ensure accountability of the teachers by making them punctual to classroom
instruction and by being nonpartisan in treating the students
To enrich the students’ personality by encouraging their participation in
curricular and extracurricular activities
To promote sports culture
To maintain the credibility of the examination system
To ensure transparency and just and fair College administration by avoiding
partial or discriminatory treatment of students

• Dr Sekar Seenivasan UNV: 1.Easy introduction of verbal numeral mix
2.Team building games and creative learning.
3. Art craft, linguistic exposures with memory oriented tasks.
4 Making children participate in individual and social group events.
5. Making children understand behaviour and clean habits formulation.
6. Personal hygiene and understanding of genders in proper prospective with an exposure to environmental factors.
7. Making them aware of the fact about universal creations and moral values to protect them blended with peace hormony cultural heritage.
•Mr. Arun Kumar Sutaria: You have tried to cover far too many issues in one go which should be avoided. About values it begins with self as teachers/Principal is role model for students hence teachers should have those values and discipline in practice that the teacher expects in the students.
•Mr. Nahid Raza UNV: Pls state three priority in middle school.

2 Though sounds impossible,how do we discourage tuitions among students.
3  Teachers' evaluation by students particularly of classes 7 and above.
4  Peer learning/group learning and its benefits.

•Mr. Arun Kumar Sutaria: Students of class 7 and above can evaluate teachers. We try this some times and it helps as students are the direct beneficiaries or otherwise of the teachers hence some students do evaluate teachers without being emotional.
